3. Enrollment and Access
Upon enrollment, you will receive instructions for accessing purchased content. Digital products are available immediately. Physical goods will be shipped and tracking details provided.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are due at the time of purchase. We accept major payment methods listed during checkout. Access begins once full payment has been confirmed.
5. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy
5.1 Services
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session qualify for full reimbursement of the fee.
- To request a schedule change, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of the session, the fee is non-refundable due to preparation and resource allocation.
5.2 Info Products
- All digital downloads and online program access are non-refundable once delivery or access credentials have been provided.
5.3 Goods
- Physical items may be sent back within 14 calendar days of shipment arrival, in original condition and packaging.
- To initiate a shipment back, please contact us with your order details and reason for return.
- Reimbursements will be issued within 14 days after we inspect the items sent back, minus any shipping expenses you incur.
6. Reimbursement Method
All approved reimbursements will be credited to the original payment instrument used during purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
